Fund Summary:
Besides experiencing the tsumani in December 2004, the people of Indonesia have also been dealing with an economic crisis, riots, church burnings, tribal wars, bombings, and Christian martyrdom. This project hopes to meet crucial needs particularily among unreached peoples. One primary area is education. Millions of children have dropped out of school because their families cannot afford to send them. Funds from this project will be used in a variety of ways to assist those in need — helping with school costs, assisting families in need, and supporting children living in orphanages. Orphanages run by Christians have been effective in bringing young people to Christ and training the children in biblical living. Funds will also be used to help pay medical expenses for the most needy.
