Healthy Habits From Jesus
An Online Small Group
Taught by Joe and Calla Jean Wright. “Jesus knew how we should live,” writes Dallas Willard in one of his lectures for the course, “Spirituality and Ministry.” Through healthy habits that Jesus practiced, He demonstrated how to foster a deeper relationship with His heavenly Father. We can also practice these healthy habits and thus fulfill our desires for a deeper relationship with God and to live a life walking as Jesus walked. At the same time, we can impact the lives of those around us and also, at least in part, back off from the demands of the hectic and stress brought about by everyday living in our society.
What if you could develop some healthy habits modeled by Jesus Himself?
Sundays, 5 p.m. CST, starting January 12 and ending on April 6, 2025 (one hour a week)
- help you become acquainted with some of the spiritual habits which Jesus practiced.
- help you better and deepen your relationship with God.
- help equip you with biblical tools to occasionally step back from the hectic and pressures of daily life and rest in God.
