A new DMM HUB and missional community is starting in SE Asia with the focus of reaching the UPGs through the access of business. This effort assists both expat and national global ministry workers in starting businesses, which provide access to unreached people groups. These businesses also provide global workers with income.
Trainer / Coach for BAM Income Generating Ministry
REQUIREMENTS:
Character Traits: Belief that the Holy Spirit is at work today. Self-starter and organized. Community focused and relational. Desire to make disciples and live out Gospel commands. Heart for the lost and a hunger to see people come to Christ. Belief in the extraordinary power of extraordinary prayer. Desire to continually grow and learn. Strong personal prayer life. Comfortable leading a team, teaching classes and mentoring/coaching. Heart for UPGs and helping global workers gain access to UPGs. Works well in a team and under leadership. Training and Experience: Business professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience or holds a college degree in business. Experience working with internationals in the U.S. or overseas. Comfortable teaching classes and mentoring/coaching in an international setting. Attend MTI (Missions Training International) or CIT (Center for Intercultural Training) prior to arrival on field. First year on field focused on language and culture acquisition.
