The Tokorozawa Community Care Center is a place to provide counseling particularly targetting people struggling with depression and at the same time train Christians in the region to provide this care. The intended outcome is that those suffering will become more whole in all areas of life and those trained will gain skills and confidence to connect with their community aiding churches in having a vital and relevant place in their areas.
