At least a BA in Bible. Courses in children's and youth work (and possibly curriculum development) Experience in these areas. Creativity. Self-motivating. Takes initiative. Interacts well with other people. Team player. Ability to adapt to the lower level of technology and computer savvy of the African situation. Resilient and adaptable personality. Strong devotional life. Conviction that God wants you in Rwanda with NCM. This would involve: 1) Evaluating existing programs 2) Training and counseling children and youth workers in the churches 3) Developing a network of those working in this type of ministry in Rwanda 4) Developing resources
