About Us:
Scott and Fiona both grew up as missionary kids in Europe. Scott was born and raised in southern Austria, while Fiona’s family moved from Australia to Russia when she was twelve. They met at Black Forest Academy, a boarding school for MKs. During their time at the school, they attended Black Forest Christian Fellowship on Sundays in Kandern.

The last ten years, they have served the Lord in Honolulu, Hawaii. Scott has been the Lead Pastor at International Church of Oahu and Fiona has worked in production in the TV and Film industry on island.

Scott will be on pastoral staff at Black Forest Christian Fellowship, the same church he and Fiona attended over twenty years ago!

About International Churches:
International English-speaking churches are having major gospel impact throughout Europe and the world. Half of all people in the globe encounter English every day. It’s the world’s modern language for trade and communication, much like Greek was in the first century. Just as the Apostle Paul planted Greek-speaking churches in cities around the Mediterranean, so English-speaking churches are able to serve and reach people all around the world.

These churches serve many international folks with a global mentality who move to cities for work, education, or retirement. Sometimes indigenous locals are drawn to a more multi-national expression of the faith. Immigrants from other nations are flocking to English-speaking churches throughout Europe, giving these congregations a unique opportunity to have a broad gospel impact. This is something Scott and Fiona are drawn to and excited about!
