Sometime around the late 1950´s and early 1960´s work was done on a Moroccan Arabic Translation of the New Testament.  We do not know exactly who did the original translation but one report has it that it was done by a converted Imam.

The hand written arabic script has been identified as a style used in North Africa (Morocco) in the transcription of the Koran.
