Ministry Focus Medical ministry and leadership development.
The People Mozambicans are resilient, having survived colonialism, decades of civil war and unrest, and recent natural disasters. The Meyers will specifically be working with Mozambican medical students, training them to become doctors and future leaders.
Major Challenges The greatest challenge for the Meyers will be learning to balance home life with a new ministry in Mozambique.
Prayer Focus Pray that God would help the Meyers to build relational bridges with young future doctors and leaders, and that those mentoring relationships would result in disciples that would expand God’s Kingdom.
