| Job Summary: |
To assist the Austria team in developing Austrian-led New Testament churches. |
|
| Responsibilities: |
Shepherding, counseling, preaching, teaching, discipling, mentoring, administrating. |
|
|
|
| Requirements: |
A pastor's heart for God's people. Good Bible knowledge and theological understanding. A growing godly character is a must. Counseling skills advantageous. Flexibility; willingness to be a servant; teachable, sense of humor, self-disciplined; self-motivated. Must have endurance. Ability to work on a team. Master's degree strongly desired or at minimum: clear plans to earn one. Fluency in German (either already acquired or through language learning once in Austria/Germany) is absolutely essential.
