Job Summary:

Seminary Intern to help the existing missionaries with initial contact and follow-up of participants in new church plant.

Responsibilities:

Assist a new church with the pastoral duties such as hospital visits, evangelistic contacts, and leading studies. This position could involve working with youth or facilitating leadership development.

Requirements:

Experience leading study groups of mixed spiritual condition. Patience with new believers. Good command of Spanish. Flexible spirit and willingness to take risks. Willingness to work in a sometimes politically unstable setting.
