New Creation Ministries (NCM) is home to many WorldVenture missionaries building up the church in Rwanda. Located in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali, NCM offers a four-year pastoral training school for pastors to take courses in ministry and theology. The Christian Leadership Institute of Rwanda, a new program, seeks to train Christian leaders at the bachelor-degree level, training and discipling them to be future transformers throughout the world. Preach the Word, another pastoral training program, gives Rwandan pastors two years of expository Bible reading and teaching skills.
While NCM is primarily focused on training and equipping Rwandan pastors, it also runs a number of other programs, including a children’s ministry, English classes, a theological Christian library, and an agricultural demonstration program.
