REQUIREMENTS:
Male. MDiv or equivilent. Experience in church planting and/or development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
New believers need to be discipled and trained in the basics of Christianity and Christian living so that a church can be planted. This will normally involve visitation, teaching, preaching, mentoring, youth, women's and children's ministries.
