REQUIREMENTS:
Male. Married. Theological training. Church planting experience or boot camp highly recommended. Self-starter necessary, someone with a high level of endurance. Poland is by every standard one of the most difficult countries to minister in, with one of the lowest numbers of evangelicals and missionaries in the world.

Polish evangelical church is among the smallest in the world, and struggles to have any impact in society. Most evangelical leaders have bought the vision of church planting, but need help mobilizing Polish church planters, and assistance in the large task before them. There will be encouragement from church leaders, but the work is difficult and long.
