A new DMM HUB and missional community is starting in SE Asia with the focus of reaching UPGs. There is a need for an experienced DMM leader and trainer to join the team.
DMM Leader / Trainer
REQUIREMENTS:
Character Traits: Belief that the Holy Spirit is at work today. Self-starter. Community focused and relational. Desire to make disciples and live out gospel commands. Heart for the lost and a hunger to see people come to Christ. Belief in the extraordinary power of extraordinary prayer. Desire to mentor/coach others in a DMM community. Desire to continually grow and learn. Strong personal prayer life. Comfortable leading a team. Teaching classes and providing follow up. Heart for UPGs. Works well in a team and under leadership. Training and Experience: Trained in DMM. Experience with a DMM community. Experience in ongoing DMM coaching as practitioner or coach. Experience working with internationals in the U.S. or overseas. Comfortable teaching classes and mentoring/coaching participants. Experience leading DMM trainings. Attend MTI (Missions Training International) prior to arrival on field. First year on field focused on language and culture acquisition.
