For most ministries, Spanish language skills are very helpful, but not required and individuals can work with a translator if they have limited or no Spanish. However, all interns are highly encouraged to study Spanish on the field and enroll in language.

Living with a family allows interns a unique immersive experience in Bolivian life and culture as they participate in the household and family activities with their hosts. Interns live in the city of Cochabamba, which averages daytime temperatures of 75-85.
This will depend on the specific ministry context the intern is serving with. Interns will be supervised by WorldVenture host workers who will help the intern learn key skills for getting around the city, plugged into ministry, and provide mentorship and check-ins during the term. *Available until August 2021
