Mission Administrator

We need someone who can oversee office and accounting along with other work that would free up others for their ministry.

REQUIREMENTS:
This should be a person with managerial skills and who can give attention to details and make policies and procedures work beneficially. Accounting Experience and ability to use accounting programs is very helpful, but this can be learned on the job. Able to communicate clearly and graciously, and work well with a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field funds and real properties, prepare a yearly field budget, maintain the mission office, assist missionaries with financial and logistical issues. Work with our Filipino staff in our office in Quezon City. This role may also be combined with managing the mission guest house.
LANGUAGE NEEDS:
English is used primarily, but learning Tagalog would be enriching and very helpful.

Metro Manila is a large city of 10+ million. Houses are available for rent.

Will be working with our Filipino staff in our office in Quezon City.
