The Well International in Chiang Mai is looking for a part-time (one day a week) Webmaster. This is a volunteer position.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Enjoys working with people ● Has initiative and flexibility ● Agrees with vision, mission, objectives and values of The Well ● Has experience working with a cross-cultural team ● Confident and trustworthy when handling sensitive information ● Very comfortable with cloud computing services like Google Drive ● Comfortable with or able to quickly learn Squarespace UI ● At least working knowledge of CSS and HTML ● Good written and verbal communication skills ● English fluency is required, but speaking Thai is not ● Layout and Design acumen is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Maintain, update and perform necessary improvements on The Well’s website ● Maintain a library of images and templates for use with event announcements etc. ● Update and edit staff profiles as needed ● Update and edit event announcements as needed ● Help with the maintenance and further organization of Google Drive related systems for the Well ● Provide tech support and troubleshooting for website or Google Drive/Calendar related problems ● Arrange maintenance and repair for computer hardware owned by the Well ● Ensure the best possible security and confidentiality for cloud-based records, voip-based counselling services and staff online presence ● Advise ELT about The Well’s online presence and IT systems ● Train staff in the use of The Well’s online systems
