The first position responsibility for an International Ministries Director (IMD) is regional leadership team development. The IMDs are responsible for building and empowering a cohesive regional leadership team multiplying the directors’ leadership in overseeing, coaching-in-ministry, caring for, and administrating WorldVenture personnel in the region. The IMDs are also responsible for the budgeting and financial management of the regional leadership team needs.
VISION
IMD leadership will develop new ministries and fields, and face-to-face time with missionaries will increase member care and strategic planning-implementation coaching.
CAPACITY
The projected travel expenses for Dave and Sherie Henderson, Tim and Janet Hall, and Terry and Gail Burns are $12,500. Training events require $7,500, including a meeting of field leaders or one with emerging leaders.
