Oasis Books and English Language Resources teaches English as a Second Language to a wide variety of
adults in the capital city of a West African Muslim nation. In addition to classroom space, it houses an English
language library and bookstore, and conversation practice in a unique “cafe” setting. Oasis seeks to provide
transformational development through providing access to English language training, which in turn, promotes
economic and social development for the long-term benefit of the people of this country.
