We need adequately trained leaders who can meet the needs of the growing body of Christ.
PROBLEM
We currently only have a few evangelists and our national leader who have theological training. Currently there are more coming to Christ than our evangelists and national pastors can adequately disciple and shepherd. Only one man is “qualified” to baptize, due to a lack of theological training.
STRATEGY
This in-country opportunity is inexpensive. One training course for the Muslim-background candidate is a two-year program, which incorporates a practicum allowing students to go back to their village after two weeks in class. This is repeated every three months.
CAPACITY
Currently we have four students who are enrolling at about $105 per student.
