1100-953-Redeau, Tania

Tania works with Adrienne Livingston as part of the Anti-Sex Trafficking Initiatives team as the Girl Empowerment Coordinator.

“Prior to the position, I worked for the federal government for 17 years, working in budget and a national Indian Health Service (IHS) and Tribal Health Program (THP) where veterans received care in the community. I am most excited about joining the team to help women and girls empower themselves against domestic abuse and sex trafficking prevention. It is important to equip them with self-confidence and the ability to protect themselves if the need arises. My favorite scripture, Ephesians 6:10-18, relates to the work we are doing!”

Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms…”

“In my spare time, I have coached youth football, volunteered as a Girl Strength Instructor for the Portland Police Bureau, and volunteered as a Rape Victim Advocate for the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, I have coached high school sports for the past 6 years as a wrestling and softball coach.”
