God called me when I almost died in a car accident.
He called me out of anger, hatred, depression, and selfishness into overflowing peace, joy, love, forgiveness, patience, and PURPOSE. He saved me that day from the grasp of hell for a purpose. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour that day and now see what He has called me, what He has called ALL of us for.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you…” to share the good news of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20) and bring to others this freedom from sin and darkness we were gifted with! To build up for ourselves treasures in heaven that neither moth nor rust destroys, that is PEOPLE. People from all nations in whom God loves.

I have finished studying the language for a year and now I am serving with a team who goes out regularly among the unreached to share testimonies, bible stories, and Jesus with the native indigenous people. I will be there long-term, developing relationships and following up with those who are open to the Good News. We often go out to new villages and share and follow up with those who are interested in learning God’s word. Our team lives among the people in the village.
God uses my experience as an elementary school teacher as I teach the children English in various villages. God also uses my business degree to help me empower locals in creating and maintaining small businesses. All of this helps build relationships and bridges for God’s kingdom.
