Joe and Calla Jean served with WorldVenture as missionaries in Austria for 33 years. In addition to both of them being very active in a local church Joe’s main ministry was with a German language Church Based Training program in Austria that also included some traveling to Germany and Switzerland. Calla Jean’s main emphasis was on counseling and for a time she headed a Christian Counseling Consortium in Southern Austria.
Now in so-called “retirement” in Colorado they are very active in a local church and also continue to still have some involvement with WorldVenture. Joe’s course “Healthy Habits from Jesus” came out of his Doctor of Ministry studies and the Church Based Training program in Austria.
