Conservative Baptist Seminary Asia (CBSA), in partnership with other evangelical schools, provides a variety of degree programs in the Philippines. WorldVenture workers serve with CBSA, to equip Filipinos with theological understanding, ministry skills, and a passion to make disciples and lead ministries, both locally and cross-culturally. The Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines has a goal of planting many new churches and sending missionaries to other Asian countries by 2025, so the need for hundreds of new, well-equipped ministry leaders is great. Teachers are needed for many more church-based regional training sites around the country.
