REQUIREMENTS:
An independent, motivated, flexible, humble, relational spirit, willing to adapt to a local culture, even learning the local language. A person with a love for kids and teaching experience. A person who is spiritually mature with some Bible training, able to travel independently, train other teachers, ministry leaders, and pastors to creatively disciple kids. A person who works well with others both in-person and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate interactive, Bible-based trainings in various topics (like discipleship, children’s ministry, family, and trauma healing), build relationships, serve in a local church, and participate in a collaborative online network and in-person communities.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT:
Live in a cross-cultural urban center with good WiFi (like Bangkok) and travel often to other cities in Southeast Asia (like Yangon, Chiang Rai, or Hanoi)
