As a Church Planting Strategist, you will see the big picture for the work and seek to become a catalyst in the core missionary task (entry, evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership development, and exit) among the majority religion people groups. You will build a team and partner closely with other ex-pat workers, national church planters and leaders, and partner churches, seeking God to move until there is local ownership of the core missionary task in every people and place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engage in friendship evangelism. 2. Share the Gospel regularly with followers of the majority religion, disciple new believers, and plant churches. 3. Train leaders. 4. Develop a core of national partners (6-10 individuals) for leadership development. 5. Work with ex-pats and national partners to develop and implement broad evangelism and church planting strategies.

The work will take place where the population density is very high, traffic is chaotic, and pollution can be thick. Summers can be extremely warm and humid. Basic clothing & food items are available, including many American products. Internet is available as well as most electronic items, although electricity in some places may not be consistent. Children's educational options are available, depending on the city: private schools, international schools, online education, and home schooling.
