Medical Advisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Medical doctor, nurse, or physicianÂs assistant with experience in treating minor illness or injury and ability to advise people with more serious problems where and how to seek medical attention. A broad general knowledge of medical care is desired (adults, children, prenatal care, etc.). Licensed in their respective field in their home country. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be available to examine and give medical advice to JCS staff and employees and to others in the broader missions/Christian community in Mongolia, and either treat then or refer them to others for treatment. Investigate medical opportunities for other volunteers coming to Mongolia. Coordinate evacuations with JCS leadership team. Supporting project goals as and when required. HQ & church responsibilities as assigned. Keep records and medical supplies up to date. Coordinate with medical services, institutions, and personnel in Mongolia.
