Balassan Counseling and Medical Center is looking for a dynamic individual to help lead our clinic team/ medical ministry. Balassan is one of the compassionate ministries of the Beirut Nazarene Church in Beirut, Lebanon and exists to provide quality medical care, counseling, and holistic activities to enhance the health of our community and surrounding area with an emphasis on the marginalized and underserved. We seek to practically be the hands and feet of Jesus and are looking for a project manager to assist the current director (another World Venture worker) to lead this vision.
Medical Outreach Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in leadership / project management roll • Medical background preferred • Display the highest level of professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic, with strong communication . and interpersonal skills • Commitment to promoting holistic care for the whole person Vision Trip required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clinical Leadership: Develops and implements clinical policies/ procedures supporting Balassan's mission of holistic health • Operational Oversight: Manages daily clinic operations / patient concerns • Financial Management: Manages the clinic's budget and controls costs. • Strategic Planning: Collaborates with leadership to establish goals and improve services • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow staff, and other outside agencies / NGOs.
