The WorldVenture Spain field is looking for qualified people who have a burden for Spain and who would be willing to work in the context of the local Spanish church through discipleship, mentoring, teaching, evangelism and leadership development.
National Church Ministry
REQUIREMENTS:
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Seminary degree preferred with 2-3 years ministry experience. A servant’s heart, relational personality, and a teachable disposition. One year of post high school Spanish (i.e., College Spanish, Rosetta Stone). A burden for Spain and her people. A vision trip to visit the WorldVenture Spain team prior to applying.

Willingness to integrate into a local Spanish church. Be a committed language and culture learner. Build quality relationships with nationals. Be open to teach, disciple, mentor, or preach when called upon. Be committed to healthy team relationships with co-workers. Minister under the oversight of the church elders.
