REQUIREMENTS:
Male. Hold an MDiv in Theology and have years of proven pastoral experience in the local church.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Get to know the Evangelical pastors and church planters of JASUMBA. Decide what would be the best way to meet their spiritual needs. May develop small accountability groups. For Visa purposes, would teach pastoral classes at seminary.
