The Austria team is seeking a Refugee/Compassion Ministry Worker to share the love of Christ and the hope of the gospel with refugees from many nations—at least 50% of whom are Muslims and originate from 10/40 Window countries.

REQUIREMENTS:
Theologically/biblically grounded; commitment to start learning German; knowledge of Islamic culture/beliefs; interest/enjoyment/comfort mixing with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds; high level of commitment to the local church; team player; compassion; self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join with other like-minded refugee ministry workers and the local church (Austrian, ethnic, and international) to practically demonstrate God’s love and share the gospel in a wide variety of ways with refugees from many nations. Depending on your own spiritual gifts and passions, you might join in this outreach to refugees through any of the following (or other) ways: teaching English or German; evangelistic preaching; hosting game nights at refugee homes; friendship evangelism/discipleship; clothing distribution; tutoring in various subjects; advocating for refugees in various settings (i.e. government/school/legal/medical); leading/teaching Bible studies
