Engaging the global church to uplift and empower the High-Risk Youth, their families and their communities to change the dangerous life cycles that put their eternal and temporal life at risk. The goal is to see their lives changed in many arenas including economically, socially, physically, educationally, and spiritually in both reactive and proactive based ministry programs.
