Jonathan accepted Jesus as his Savior at the age of 3 and was fortunate to be mentored by godly parents and teachers, throughout his childhood. While only in 2nd grade, Jonathan had his first cross-cultural missions experience to the Democratic Republic of Congo. At the age of 14, he was baptized and reaffirmed his passion for following Christ. Since then, he has been on several mission trips to England, Australia, Peru, Ghana and Southeast Asia.

Jonathan’s background in primary-school teaching in Christian settings gave him a unique ability to connect with kids and their teachers.

His vision and passion is to train children in the Lord in an academic setting. He took his model overseas to Liberia, West Africa and saw God’s faithfulness and provision as an elementary school was established. God used that experience to shape his heart towards all nations, which led him on his current journey.

Jonathan finds one of the most rewarding aspects about being an international worker the partnership that takes place with both his support team and his international ministry network. Jonathan also loves the opportunity he has to integrate his faith into every thing he does, from conducting trainings, teaching kids, and opening his home to guests.

Please pray for the gospel to penetrate hearts, for effective trainings that equip new leaders, and for Jonathan and his ministry partners to share Christ with children who will engage the world for gospel impact.
