I am from Virginia, and graduated from Liberty University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been working with children and teens (and their caregivers/parents) since 2015 to 2025. I did most of my residency working in community mental health with children and teens in Crisis Stabilization for about two years before going into outpatient counseling with the same organization. I now am a LPC (licensed professional counselor) and an RPT (registered play therapist).
I am currently working with the church planting team in Yokohama. I have wanted to be a missionary in Japan since my teen years. In my childhood I enjoyed watching anime and was blessed to take Japanese for three years in high school. My church has a passion for missions, and got me connected with the Mitchells, who were recently sent at the time. That led me to WorldVenture, and here I am today.
