In 2023, having learned about God’s heart for all nations to know Him, I began praying about my role in obedience to Jesus’ command to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you,” (Matthew 28:19-20). It quickly became apparent that my current career trajectory was not the field into which God willed for my life; instead, the Lord showed me that my gifts and passions are best used in full-time missions. Since then, I have completed several missions training programs with my church, walking in preparation for a life of cross-cultural ministry. It was then that I developed a passion for seeing young women learn of their identity as daughters of the King, for telling Muslims about the personal relationship with the Creator of the universe that is freely available to them.
Now, I am working in Southeast Asia, where many Muslims live in remote areas, untouched by the joy of the Gospel. I am taking the good news to them, laboring alongside other global workers, and praying for the Muslims in Southeast Asia.
As I go, please pray for me; pray for boldness to do the work the Lord has called me to do, perseverance to steadfastly walk in the path the Lord has made for me, and joy that is found only through Jesus. Pray that hearts would be open to receiving the Good News, that Jesus’ name will be proclaimed through every word and action of me and my team, and that the “earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea,” (Habakkuk 2:14).
