After you have participated in our Travel the World series, consider signing up for a workshop hosted by Gordon with different speakers who will inspire, enrich, and motivate you.

  • You will grow in your understanding of God’s Mission and the role you will play.
  • You will find a new sense of calling from God to expand His Kingdom in your lifetime.

Our Speakers

Donnie Griffiths

Donnie Griffiths is a dynamic Christian who consistently demonstrates a heart of service to others.  Donnie served in the role of Lieutenant at Coral Gables Fire Department near Miami, Florida where he served with distinction since 1983 until his voluntary decommissioning in 2016.  About that time of service, Donnie said this: “I am blessed to have found a vocation that involved assisting, serving, and protecting people in possibly the worst events of their lives. I am humbled God showed me such favor and blessing.”

Donnie is married to Mercy and is currently active in leadership at his home church, The Journey Church in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Dr. Billy Ross

Dr. Ross grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior as a child.  After graduating from college with a degree in accounting, he became a C.P.A. and worked in the business world until God called him into full-time ministry. He earned his masters at Temple Baptist Theological Seminary and his doctorate at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. For 37 years, Dr. Ross pastored churches in Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, and Virginia.  He also served as the Associate Director of Pioneers, an international missions agency.

In 2018, Dr. Ross stepped down from being the Lead Pastor of Centreville Baptist Church (in the suburbs of Washington, DC) and accepted a position with World Hope Ministries International (WHMI). He serves as the Chief Ministry Officer of WHMI and International Director of WHMI’s Bible Institute which currently provides theological education in 53 countries to over 8200 students located in 227 locations.

Since 2018, Dr. Ross has traveled to 14 countries providing theological and pastoral training to current and aspiring pastors church leaders around the world through WHBI.

Rev. Bill Bjoraker, PhD.

Rev. Bill is an Assemblies of God US missionary to Jewish people. He and his wife Diana have served as missionaries to Jewish people for nearly 30 years; eight years in pastoral and teaching ministries in Tel Aviv, Israel in the 1980s. Two of their sons were born in Israel. Their third son was born in Los Angeles.

Bill a specialist in Jewish studies and holds a Ph.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Intercultural Studies (2007).

He is also part-time faculty at William Carey International University (WCIU) in Pasadena, CA, and has been adjunct faculty in the Messianic Jewish Studies Department at the King’s University, South Lake/Dallas, TX.

Bill founded Operation Ezekiel, Inc. in Southern California, an outreach and teaching ministry to Jewish people, and to the church at large.

Bill has been employing oral strategies and storytelling as an instructor for Simply the Story, in Jewish ministry and in academia since 2008.
