New Creation Ministries (NCM) is home to many WorldVenture missionaries building up the church in Rwanda. Located in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali, NCM offers a four-year pastoral training school for pastors to take courses in ministry and theology. The Christian Leadership Institute of Rwanda, a new program, seeks to train Christian leaders at the bachelor-degree level, training and discipling them to be future transformers throughout the world. Dakar Academy

Darkar Academy is a college preparatory and missionary boarding school in the capital of Senegal. With about 150 students, Dakar Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and is the only accredited boarding program in Africa. The United World Mission founded the program in 1961. Missionary kids make up approximately 76 percent of the student body, and about 35 students live in boarding homes on campus. One of the school's primary goals is to cultivate a Christian worldview among its students, challenging students intellectually as well as spiritually.

National Bible Translator

Translating the Old Testament into Wolof is essential in reaching this unreached people group of 4 million and opens the door to another 3 million Senegalese who speak Wolof as a second language. The national Wolof Bible translator, Mr. Diop, has committed his life to translating the Bible for his people. He has two masters degrees one in mathematics and the other in English literature. He has also been trained in linguistics, translation principles and has studied Hebrew. Funds from this project will provide a monthly remuneration for Mr. Diop.
