OUR VISION
We envision matured, gifted Ghanaian servant leaders being deployed as Christlike image bearers, not only to the unreached in Northern Ghana, but to various communities throughout Africa without the hope of the gospel.

OUR APPROACH
The NLEC covenants with church leaders to assist them in their total development with relevant consideration of their context of ministry. Our programs are developed, taking into account the leader’s personal DNA, character and spiritual development, and the ability to implement equipping ministry in the life of the local church and beyond.

ESTIMATED COST
Construction of the leadership center is estimated to cost $400,000.
