6497-902-Leadership Empowerment Center

The Leadership Equipping Center is the hub for training the next generation pastors and church leaders in the Oti region of Ghana.

The Leadership Empowerment Center is comprised of:
· Satellite campus for Destiny College of Mission and Biblical Studies
· Library/Resource Center – Providing biblical and theological resources for church leaders
· Counseling Center – Providing counseling services for the Nkwanta community
· Classroom facilities for biblical training, Christian Education and Community Economic Development Training
· Bible Translation offices for the Ghana Institute of Languages Literacy and Bible Translation for the Adele Language Project
· Multi-purpose hall for facilitation of seminars and conferences

We envision matured, gifted Ghanaian servant leaders being deployed as Christlike image bearers, not only to the unreached in Northern Ghana, but to various communities throughout Africa without the hope of the gospel.

The NLEC covenants with church leaders to assist them in their total development with relevant consideration of their context of ministry. Our programs are developed, taking into account the leader’s personal DNA, character and spiritual development, and the ability to implement equipping ministry in the life of the local church and beyond.

Construction of the leadership center is estimated to cost $400,000.
