What Is FIT12:2?
FIT12:2 is a faith‑integrated transformation center designed to address preventable chronic disease while fostering authentic community and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the avenues of fitness, health education, and community development. It is more than a gym — it is a holistic transformation hub for body, mind, and spirit. It is also a training ground for pastors and Bible college students to learn transformation through the fitness model and a missions strategy called Community Health Evangelism.
The Problem
Bangkok faces rising rates of diabetes, stroke, and hypertension, alongside deep social isolation and spiritual emptiness. Most fitness centers are transactional and lack long‑term health education or meaningful community. Practically all fitness centers neglect the spiritual.

Mission: To transform lives for eternal impact through holistic health — integrating physical fitness, health education, and community development for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Vision: To help individuals and communities realize transformation through holistic health.
The FIT12:2 Model
1. HIIT Fitness with Faith: Scalable 60‑minute group workouts using the globally proven TotalFit platform that engages body, mind, and spirit.
2. Community Health Education: Monthly workshops on nutrition, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
3. Community Health Evangelism (CHE)Trainings: Training Christians to replicate holistic health and gospel ministry in new communities across all of Southeast Asia for gospel impact.
4. Church: As members of FIT12:2 become Christ followers – a church will be planted from within the facility!
Who We Serve
Urban Bangkok residents, expats, families, individuals at risk for chronic disease, and local Christians equipped for community health outreach.
Why It Matters
FIT12:2 reaches people the church often misses — those who may never walk into a church but will walk into a gym. This model creates sustainable, relational, and multiplying gospel impact. It matters because if they can walk into the gym, they may soon walk into the church that will be started out of these communities!
