Our Context:
Our city has become a growing hotspot for welcoming waves of refugees from more than 70 countries of origin. Among the recent arrivals are many unreached and even unengaged people groups, with the majority coming from Northern and Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. Our city contains 15 neighborhoods, 6 of which are multi-ethnic and without an evangelical gathering of disciples.
Our Vision:
To see a gospel-centered community of light in every multicultural neighborhood of our city—multiplying throughout France and reaching back into the diaspora’s countries of origin.
Our How:
We plant churches through community development, using our coffee shop as a space for loving relationships to grow between Christians and Muslims, as well as for reconciliation between the French and the diaspora community. We also seek to meet the concrete needs of the immigrant community through programs tailored to their unique situations, including French language classes, women’s groups, and language partner programs.
